		Job Openings Qualified Teachers: Must have 2 years of college with 6 semester hours in child development; or 1 year full time experience in kindergarten or licensed day care and 1 year of college with 6 semester hours in child development. Must demonstrate understanding of and implement age appropriate best practices relative to IA/IL early learning standards, Creative Curriculum, Focused Portfolios, Work Sampling, agency outcomes measurements, IA/IL Quality Rating System, and national accreditation standards.
